They have a special interest in correcting failed neck and back surgeries that have been done elsewhere. Dr. Light and Dr. Jones are among a handful of doctors in the country who have been trained to perform highly specialized surgical procedures, allowing them to treat a variety of spinal disorders safely and effectively.
Advanced Procedures
In addition to conservative treatment and advanced training to repair failed back surgery, our surgeons are able to perform State-Of-The-Art posterior and anterior instrumentation and specialized procedures which include Kyphoplasty and Vertebroplasty, Far Lateral Lumbar Discectomy, Spinal Osteotomy, and the Simmons Keystone technique. Other minimally invasive surgical techniques performed include IntraDiscal ElectroThermal Therapy (IDET), Percutaneous Lumbar Pedicle Screws, Lumbar Laminoplasty, Laporoscopic Anterior Lumbar Surgery and Thoracoscopic Anterior Thoracic Surgery. The surgical procedures our doctors employ are designed to reduce surgical trauma and pain, accelerate recuperation time and return the patient to work.
