- Wave front analyser is a technique for 'seeing' with computer based precisions, what the eye actually perceives.A beam of harmless light is passed through the transparent cornea of eye and when the rays are reflected back from the cornea and exit the eye ,the wavefront analyser measures and computes the deviation from the perfectly formed light beam in front of the eye.If the light rays which are coming out of the eyes are non - parallel,it shows the irregularity in the thickness and shape of the cornea.
