Sant Parmanand hospital is a 150-bed state of the art medical facility providing tertiary level of medical care. The Hospital is located in the heart of city not very far from the ISBT & Old Delhi Railway station. The hospital is located next to civil lines Metro Station allowing easy accessibility for the patients as well as the consultants and staff.

The hospital is being managed by Sant Parmanand Blind Relief Mission. The mission was established in 1933 and is a registered society under societies registration act XXI of 1860 0f Govt. of India. The mission used to manage Sant Parmanand Eye Hospital also known as BANGUR CHAKSHU CHIKITSALYA, from its present location on the plot of land donated by Sh. Mungnee Ram Bangur who was a devotee of Sant Ji and was the grand father of the current president of the mission. The mission also ran peripheral dispensaries in and outside Delhi. The eye hospital, BANGUR CHAKSHU CHIKITSALYA, earned a very high reputation as an NGO making a very significant contribution to the Govt. efforts in fighting blindness caused by cataract of eyes.
