Stephen Gillispie and Marissa Brennan are the founders of The Soy Candle Company. We began making soy candles in the spring of 2003 and are quickly gaining a reputation for exceptionally high quality candles made from the best products available.
We hand pour all of our candles with a wax made from 100% natural Soy wax with NO CHEMICAL ADDITIVES. It is made with soybeans farmed in the US. The wax contains NO paraffin, therefore NO petroleum.
To enhance the purity of our candles we use only cotton or paper-core wicks. We do not use zinc, lead or metal wicks, thus virtually eliminating harmful toxins, carcinogens, and soot.
