There is no charge to the Buyer to be represented by a real estate Broker in the purchase of their home. The Buyer’s Broker is paid from the selling commission (paid by the Seller), yet this allows the Buyer to have their own representation. It is better to have your own agent representing your interests, instead of the Seller’s agent who primarily must represent the Seller. It doesn’t cost you any more, and it just makes good sense.
