- Our network is one of 14 Local Health Integration Networks that have been established and launched in Ontario. The Ontario government is changing the delivery of health care service through the creation of Local Health Integration Networks - community-based organizations that will plan, coordinate, integrate and fund health care services at the local level. This site has been set up to keep you up to date on developments as we consult with our communities and begin planning for our region.
