South Carolina Whitetail Deer hunting

August 15 to January 1 Doe season starts September 15 We live just outside of town so we oversee all the property year round. When we get new tracts, of course we do all of the scouting so we can find the perfect place to put the stands. The feeders are also kept full year round so we can hold the deer in that area. Most of the stands are looking over game plots that we plant. We also have mineral and vitamin supplements, the deer can't seem to resist them. We build our stands in the most prime areas of our land, but we do have spots set aside for your climbers if you want to bring them. We have plenty of ground stands that are handicap friendly. There are plenty of untouched areas and we might have to do a little trompin' but it's worth it. Most of our stands were built to hold two hunters and almost all have roofs. So you can bring your camcorder and video the hunt or we can do it for you. We can hunt one on one with you, your wife, son or daughter to capture those great moments. We have leased many different tracts of land. That way we can rotate our stands and the deer don't get spooked from the constant travel to and from stands, scent and gunshots. There is swampland, hardwoods, planted pines, oaks and some of the land adjoins corn and soybean fields.
As for Meals, we offer a continental breakfast before you hunt, soup and sandwiches for lunch and a hot homecooked 4 course meal for dinner.
There are two restaurants right in town, about a mile away that has some great home cookin'. We will have you in your stand before daylight and pick you up mid-morning, take you back out early afternoon and pick you up after dark. If you want to hunt all day that's fine too. If it's still hot out then we'll set up a time to check on you and if you have a deer down we'll go ahead and get it out for you. If it's cold, or during the rut and you still want to hunt then we'll get him out that night.
