With this acquisition, SOUTHBank® also acquired Corinthian Mortgage Corporation. Shortly after this first acquisition, SOUTHBank® acquired Commonwealth Savings and Loan Association of Osceola, Arkansas, First Savings of Arkansas - Blytheville, Arkansas branch and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Durham, North Carolina.
