About the Artist
Hi, my name is Mark Hamilton. I have been creating "lampwork" borosilicate art glass since 1997. I was priviledged to start as an apprentice with Daniel Fierro (a talented glass artist based in Portland, Oregon). After several months of apprenticeship with Daniel, my path took me to the island of Maui. There I was inspired by the lush tropical surroundings and enthused by the new art form I had just learned. I began molding my own unique style and designing original, round slider-style pendants that are truly miniature pieces of art.
