Solarise Records We are a totally Independent resource backed and funded by only ourselves not corporate and consider to be on the same level as the beginning or struggling Artistes, appreciating and understanding the problems and dilemmas the Artistes can face. We have been there! Still are!! This site contains no bull, Pop Up Adverts, fancy gimmicks or tricks, password log-ons, just the Artistes, their music and films, how we like it and want it to continue. Our aim is to create a friendly online Independent music and Film community for Artists, Music & Film lovers across the globe. We are going to promote the web-site by taking out adverts in magazines, flyering and continue finding extensive Web-links to music, film promotion sites throughout the web to get Solarise and most importantly the Artists / Producers noticed, at worst hopefully selling and distributing the Artists Music / Film making you some money, spreading your gospel and without you having to lift a finger. Solarise Records consists of 2 domains.
This Solarise Records web-site is made up of of 2 main sections. Music: 1-Firstly we are an online Independent Record Label who's aim is to help showcase, promote, release and sell the music of any talented, original, Independent artists from any genre, from any country. Our plans are to release CD compilations consisting of selected tracks from all the artists in particular genres once the quality is there. For the music we prefer only original music on the site, to show off talent!! (All cover songs which 2 are allowed maximum per CD, need to supply a copy of the rights or no acceptence) by you the music Artist/s. All material on the website is reviewed by us for quality, not anything is accepted, we have to like it first, either by online samples or a posted demo. We accept home made music as long as the sound quality is good enough, so you dont have to have a superbly prfessional completed CD. Also if your an Independent record label yourself and you want all the sales of your releases taken out of your hands then why not use us? Just direct all your sales to us and we can distribute it for you. Films: 2-Secondly we are creating an UK based Independent DVD film section for you all to browse through, read more about this below under the Film Information section. For the Films, we are looking for all types of Independent DVD films (uk produced only) like shorts, documentaries, extreme sports etc etc to create an Indie film community on the site, no porn or ridiculous violence accepted. All Films to be featured on the site have to be reviewed by us for suitability, we have to like it first. So we would need to recieve a posted demo for viewing.
