Full store credit towards another item will be issued or a refund minus a 20% restocking/repackaging/handling fee. Shipping is not refundable. No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA #. Defective items replaced up to 90 days from sale through us. If an item is older than this but still under warranty please contact the manufacturer.
