This visionary was soon joined by some of the finest minds in the entire circle of his friends. Cofounders Barry Babliardi, Throck Morton, and Clinton W. Fesko formed with Smirkowski a team united by a single vision of becoming billionaires. All 4 worked tirelessly for several hours a month to create the firm you now see, the world's first e-commerce corporation with no products and no services and created solely and entirely to be acquired for billions of dollars.
