Description
The mission of the San Mateo County Law Library is to provide access to legal materials to all persons interested in the law. To meet this end, the Law Library is a resource library open to the Judiciary, members of the State Bar of California, and all residents of the County of San Mateo and the State of California for the purpose of legal research and the examination of law books and other legal materials.
Location, Directions, & Parking
The San Mateo County Law Library is located in downtown Redwood City, California at 710 Hamilton Street, 94063. Link to Directions, Maps, & Parking for additional information.
Borrowing privileges are extended to members of the Judiciary, current and good-standing members of the State Bar of California, law students registered with the California State Bar, and employees of the County of San Mateo, acting as agents for their respective departments. In order to check out materials, the following identification must be presented at the time of check out: a current California State Bar Card, current law student/school identification, and/or County of San Mateo employee identification. IDENTIFICATION MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF CHECK OUT.
