A project of the George West Mental Health Foundation, Skyland Trail serves adults with mental illness through innovative and individualized treatment that improves mental, physical and social well being. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta. Through treatment at Skyland Trail, clients gain hope and confidence about the future by developing practical skills that empower them to change their lives.
