What (summary)

Edit page notification/class- Need a body class for edit screens

Edit link vs Page Link- On edit screen the edit button changes

User message adjustments(would be relatively difficult to implement, will make new card as agreed)- Change message to "you have no. new messages"

Registrar tag for new pages- Implement registrar tag for inclusion in DomainPage template rather than outside.
Why this is important
Vinh needs some of these features for the coming site redesign.
