For event promoters, SISTIC provides the entire gamut of services that include: providing up-to-date information on events to patrons, processing ticket bookings, printing and distribution of tickets, and developing customised sales reports. For merchants, SISTIC is similarly able to provide the services mentioned to facilitate the sale of products such as dining tickets, merchandise, and accommodation.
SISTIC also publishes the SISTIC Entertainment Guide on a monthly basis and the SISTIC BuzZ (electronic) on a fortnightly basis. These publications feature information on current and upcoming events and an array of products, and are available free to the public. Event promoters and merchants also benefit from the free publicity of their events and products.
