Title

Singletree Bisbee

Description

Singletree opened for business in 1973. Through the years we've moved seven times, each new location giving us more room to grow. In

1996 we moved for the last time! We're now in the old Irma Courteol building, located on Main Street, in the heart of Bisbee's historic district. Built in 1907, and originally a bank, this store has tons of old mining town charm. Go upstairs for a unique perspective. See the original plaster ceiling, the narrow side walkways, and the beautiful leaded glass windows.

Bisbee almost became a ghost town when the big copper mine closed in 1974. But as the mining families moved out, artists and musicians started to move in. The new residents opened studios and shops in the downtown area, giving new life to the tourist district. Years have passed, but our shops, galleries, and inns still attract visitors from all over the world. Rich in history, streets with names like Tombstone Canyon and Brewery Gulch, great weather, scenic mountain views... Bisbee has it all!
