SINCLAIR SEMINARS is an educational organization that produced the Sex Offender Re-Offense Risk Assessment Videotape Training program. Lloyd Sinclair, the director, is a psychotherapist and educator who has specialized in sexual disorders and criminal behavior for 29 years.
Sinclair evaluates and treats patients with sexual disorders in a private practice in Madison, Wisconsin. He also treats patients in a secure treatment center for civilly committed sex offenders and a maximum security prison, and frequently testifies in court as a forensic expert. He is the principal trainer for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections on sex offender evaluation and treatment. He is certified by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists as a Certified Sex Therapist, a Certified Sex Educator, and a Certified Supervisor and is a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Sinclair has presented his expertise to professional audiences throughout the United States and abroad. He was the founding director of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Treatment Network, a non-profit organization developed to train mental health clinicians in effective sex offender interventions.
