Back in 1982, Simply Computer Software, Inc. started developing a program called "FHA Software" which automates form processing requirements for the affordable housing management industry, including Rural Housing Service (RHS), Department of HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). In 1985, we started marketing FHA Software nationwide. Since then, we've continued to provide RHS, HUD & LIHTC project managers nationwide with Simple & Affordable Compliance.
