From a not-so-happy customer, bought product in August 2008. It has really only worked, reliably, for 6 months. They don't actually service the LED products. Their sister company, Numeritex, is "responsible" for this section, but they do not often actually service their LED signs. So be careful if you are a small church on a small budget, because these guys seem like a great deal, until you need to pay to have their products fixed.
