WELCOME TO SIDEKICKS GYM ! The Eastside's Family Fitness Center where we specialize in self-defense for all ages. Sidekicks was established as a Martial Arts Studio , with a long history in the eastside. Sidekicks has been serving it's members since 1993. Now we are your contact sports headquarters in the eastside.
From Boxing, Kickboxing and now Muay Thai, The Eastside Boxing Club can get you into fighting shape. Our coaches are here daily and are excited to get you into peak condition. We are located by a wonderful running and biking trail, so your roadwork will not be ignored. The Eastside Boxing Club is for everyone, from beginners to advanced, we at the Sidekicks will show the basics step by step.
From Childrens to Adult classes our Dojo is the place to train in Seibukan Karate. We are the Seibukan Dojo (Holy Art School), of the Sukunaihayshi "Shorin-Ryu" style of karate.
