Showa Chain (S) Private Limited was established in 1979. The production of steel linked chain began a little while later in 1980. We now have over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of steel linked chains made from alloy and stainless steels.
The applications of our chains include, but not limited to, usage as slings for lifting purpose; usage in the chain and lever blocks for lifting; usage as conveyor chains in a conveyor system for transporting logs, coals, rocks, debris, food, etc.; usage as lashing chains to tie up goods; usage in the fishing industries as net, trawling, and towing chains; usage in the marine industries as hatch cover, container lashing, anchor, buoy, mooring, and fender chains; and usage as decoration chain such as barrier, etc ...
Alloy steel chains we manufactured, range from low to high grades, up to Grade 100. All our chains are 100% proof-load tested to 60% of their breaking load under the manufacturing test force requirement.
