History
ShopBlingCouture.com and Bling Couture sprang from its founder's lifelong passion for fashion and the dream of designing her own clothing line. In 2000 she started adding Swarovski crystals to her shoes and clothing to make them unique, and it wasn't long before other people were asking her to "bling out" things for them.
At that point it became clear that her hobby had transformed itself into a business. Thus, BlingCouture was born.

Currently, the founder of Bling Couture "has a lot of irons in the fire," from designing her own hat and clothing line to being the custom designer for all of the "bling" on Cliff Raven Inkwear's hats.
