Shiloah Books & More, Inc. began in October 1998. We made our presence on the internet in May 1999. In early 2001, Shiloah Books became a privately held California corporation. Our goal is to provide the Christian community with quality products at fair prices. We refuse to sell any item above the suggested retail price. A few of our items are not available to us at a large enough discount to offer them below the suggested retail price. We include them anyway because, in our opinion, they are excellent resources and not widely available. The Officers and Board of Directors of Shiloah Books & More, Inc. attend the Pentecostals of San Jose, Pastor Jon Shoemake.
The word Shiloah, (Shi-lo-ah) means a fountain or a flow of water. It is found in only one place in the Bible; Isaiah 8:6. Jesus said in John 7:38-39 "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." Jesus was speaking about the Holy Spirit and as Spirit filled believers we have experienced this flow of living water. Shiloah was chosen for that very reason.
