The Shiesl Corporation was incorporated in New Jersey on February 25, 1977 as a small family business for the purpose of providing medical slides to biological supply houses. In 1988 it was determined by the board that an additional product of computerized reviews could be provided for medical technology schools, thus the Medicomp software was developed. In 1993 the president, Dorothy Good, passed on and Rick Good became president.
