At Shescrafty we create heirloom knits the old fashioned way, by hand. We organize a collective of hand knitters who solely create our very special garments. All of our work is hand made and 100% sweatshop free and made in New Zealand. Some of our knitters are grandmothers who have run out of grandchildren to knit for. Others just enjoy creating garments that will be cherished by children from all over the world.
Our yarns are produced on small New Zealand farms. New Zealand has the worlds finest merino wool and we are very lucky to be able to knit with this gorgeous yarn. Our organic merino wool is certified organic Bio Gro and has not been treated with chemicals or dyes which makes it ideal for sensitive skin. Not only is it pure, but it is the most incredibly soft merino we have ever worked with. You will be amazed at it\'s texture.
Shescrafty was born out of an desire to create something of quality that is produced in a genuine way. We have a passion for baby wear and strive to create garments that can be cherished for a lifetime.
