The efforts achieved the aspired commercial objective along with serving the social cause. The Delhi State Government recognized the achievements of the enterprise & gave an award for constructing quality houses at low costs in the first year of operations.
Year 1992 brought drastic changes in Economic Policies of Indian Government. Indian Government Started liberal Economy which opened doors for International Business in Revolutionary manner. The management caught the pulse and widened its horizons by including Textile, Agriculture Machinery, Health Care, Industrial Machinery and General Trading in the stream of its activities.
