Paul Rampersaud, Stanley's brother, took great pride when he open the doors of Calypso Hut 2. He too, opened the doors of Calypso Hut 2 the month of May 1990. Perseverance ingenuity as well as a fantastic staff made Calypso Hut 2 another success story. History repeated itself, but, was going to happen a third time.
Peter Rampersaud, the eldest of the three brothers, opened the doors of Calypso Hut 3 on a cold winter day,. in the month of January 1993. Peter wasn't as fortunate as his two brothers to have mother nature on his side. That didn't matter, you see Peter provided plenty of comfort and warmth for everyone inside. The kind of warmth you'll find at all 3 Calypso Hut Restaurants.
History repeated itself just like our many customers who choose Calypso Hut when they want the finest Guyanese Style-Chinese Food. The blend of exotic Guyanese flavors, combined with traditional Chinese cooking techniques is what Calypso Hut Restaurants are famous for.
