About Thievery
Thievery is a mod for the extreme popular online game, Unreal Tournament. It is based upon the Thief series who was developed by the famous Looking Glass Studios. Thievery is not another deathmatch game like Counter-Strike is, but rather a first person sneaker. There are 2 teams, thieves and guards. The thieves are supposed to accomplish objectives, like steal a special gem or take x amount of loot. And guards are of course supposed to guard the objectives against sneaky thieves.
What makes this mod rather unique, is that it's not just about killing - it's about accomplishing objectives, secure areas like entrances and exit's, make traps, disable the traps, sneak your way through the shadows, use flares to light up areas, and most important; teamplay. You can't handle it all by yourself in a online-game, you need to work as a team.
