Wayne graduated from Baylor University in 1965 with a BA in Religion. He received a Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas, in 1969. He ministered to college and university students through the Baptist Student Union, and has ministered as a pastor and a full time Christian Counselor. Wayne has been a guest speaker at seminars and conferences on Discipleship, Personal Evangelism, Personal Christian Growth, and Moral Purity.
