Description
The Executive Director is the full-time executive whose duties are to run the day-to-day operations of the Council. This includes implementing policy established by the delegate body, serving as spokesperson, managing the finances, conducting correspondence, and directing the legislative and political programs.
The President presides over the Council's monthly delegate meetings, chairs Executive Committee meetings, appoints special committees, and appoints representatives to community boards and commissions.
The Secretary Treasurer presides in the president's absence, countersigns orders for the payment of funds, exercises oversight over the Council's financial affairs, and chairs the Finance Committee.
