S.F. Construction, established in 1989 by Sherman and Sally Foutz, is a full service construction company that specializes in custom and speculative building. We bring 23 years of experience in building. Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority. Our promise is to deliver top quality service and value to our customers in a highly professional manner at a competitive price.
Our homes range from 1400-8000 square feet. We have been involved in many subdivisions and custom home projects over the years and have developed three sub divisions of our own.
You can expect a highly professional team who work together and take pride in their work to build high quality homes. Our designer, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and other subcontractors are all top quality professionals as well.
