Members of the Severn Lamb family have been involved in designing, building and maintaining leisure transport systems since 1947 and take a long-term view of customer satisfaction from initial product selection and design to refurbishment, up-grading and replacement. Severn Lamb was originally founded in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, Shakespeare's birthplace, and Severn-Lamb is still under the control of the third generation of the original founding family who are passionately fond of all the company's creations. Customers can therefore deal directly with the principals who have amassed a vast wealth of experience and who can make decisions quickly.
The company uses a blend of computer (CAD) technology and traditional craft skills to ensure accuracy, speed and originality on all projects. The company also has a precision model-making department whose main customers include museums and aerospace companies such as Rolls Royce, SNECMA and Pratt and Whitney.
