Description
Installation is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of thirteen months from the date of original installation. A quality replacement part will be provided and installed without charge by the ServAssure Dealer. His warranty applies only to the product in its original customer/installation location and is voided if the product is reinstalled elsewhere.
This warranty includes all labor incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts.
This ServAssure Dealer Warranty assures the customer's complete satisfaction as agreed upon and discussed in the sales proposal, which has been signed by both the homeowner and the ServAssure Dealer or the customer will receive a complete refund.
