The Semiahmoo Resort Association is a Washington nonprofit corporation which manages the affairs of the Semiahmoo Resort Community, a gated golf course community. The SRA's mission is to promote the recreation, health, safety, welfare, common benefit, and enjoyment of the owners and occupants of the Semiahmoo Resort Community in accordance with its articles of incorporation, bylaws, and the covenants, conditions and restrictions.
