Appears to be a referral spam bot or something along these lines. If you have ANY detail on the behavior of this domain, or the bots associated with it, please post here or email me directly. I've seen similar behavior from fillbest.com as well.
Generally when I see traffic from bots working with this domain they sometimes have a referer of 'seedmain.com' in the Apache logs for hits of this type.
There are SIX User Agents that hit VERY fast from the same IP. And continue to hit at a very fast rate. They appear to be attempting to follow URLs found on a page.

I've been watching this BOT for almost a year now.
When they start hitting you, they use 6 different User Agents, always the same Six in what appears to be a random order...at VERY HIGH SPEEDS. Clicking on anything on your pages.
The problem is this. These bots only include a referer hostname maybe one time out of say 50 or so...hits. So blocking this refer will NOT solve your trouble, and likely will not affect much of your bandwidth. You won't be able to stop them pounding on you this way. It won't even make a dent.
In addition you can't hope that you'll stop them this way by thinking that they're first hit on you will include a referer hostname. It rarely ever does! So this again will not stop them spidering your site what-so-ever.
I've developed a way of tracking and blocking these bots, and at 5 different peaks this year I've blocked up to 8000 IP's exhibiting this behavior.
You can do a WHOIS lookup on this domain and it tends to point to:
http://blog.whois.de/currentWhois/view/seedmain.com
(or use whatever whois works best for you)
Also checkout Quantcasts tracking on this referer: http://www.quantcast.com/seedmain.com#traffic
Just google the domain name and check out some of the sites they're hitting...mostly what you'll find are blog type sites that show 'referer' stats. This can indicate that they're hitting everything out there.
