- We began this business with the purchase of our first home on Hunting Island in the spring of 2000. We created our first website, www.huntingisland.net during the fall of 2001 as a source of information for our home. We then purchased our second home on Hunting Island and began to actively market both homes via the internet. In May of 2002, we added www.harborislandbeachhouses.net and www.frippislandbeachhouses.net . At that point in time, we expanded our inventory to include other homeowners' property.
