Free seafood training courses available. Billingsgate Seafood Training School is located at Billingsgate Fish Market near Canary Wharf, London, England. The school is a charitable company with the aim of promoting the awareness of fish in young people and to increase the knowledge of those already working in the industry in such areas as fishmongering, fish processing, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and general public demonstration courses. Free training courses are offered to schools as part of the schools education programme.
