The Seacoast Hawks Athletic Association is a nonprofit organization based in New Hampshire's Seacoast region. The Organization is dedicated to allowing adults the chance to play competitive tackle football. SHAA has funded and operated the Hawks football team for six years.
The Hawks are a part of the New England Football League. The league comprises 32 temas in New England and three levels of competition. The league season runs from late July through October.
The Hawks football team's goals are to promote a fun and organized environment to allow for playing the game of football. The team is operated much like a minor league team in that the team is individually owned, its coaches are paid and the team supports itself through gate receipts and sponsorship advertising.
