Sebasticook Valley Hospital (SVH) is a progressive 28-bed community hospital in Pittsfield, Maine. It was established in 1963 by a group of community leaders. The hospital is an integral member of the communities it serves.
The people who work and volunteer here care about the health and well-being of area residents. We recognize that there are many factors affecting the health of citizens of the region. SVH takes a proactive approach in helping people in the Sebasticook Valley improve the quality of their lives. We work with local businesses, schools, the religious community, other healthcare providers, area organizations, and private individuals to make the Valley a healthy place to live.
