WHO ARE WE? The South Dakota Association of REALTORS® is one of the 50 member State Associations of the National Association of REALTORS®. Having received our original charter in 1944, we have been one of the leading trade associations within the state of South Dakota for over 60 years. Licensed real estate brokers and salespersons become members in both the state and national REALTOR® associations by joining their local board of REALTORS®.
