Description
Al Branson, owner of Scott Valley Construction, was born and raised in Etna. His parents, Vernon and Rosie, were also born and raised in the Scott Valley. He graduated from College of the Siskiyou's, and then worked for Helitac for seven years. He moved to Woodland and the Sacramento area for about seventeen years, where he worked for Elliot Homes before starting Branson Construction.
Al moved back home in 1996 and changed the business name to Scott Valley Construction and has been quite busy. Scott Valley Construction has five employees and does all phases of construction work, from new houses to large additions and everything in between, including the larger State funded school jobs or minor escrow and insurance repair work.
Many of his old friends call him "Bugs", from the college basketball days, but most everyone calls him Al. He is a smiley kind of guy with a personality to match. He has honesty and integrity and makes things work with a calm perseverance.
