We are a small company specialising in telescope upgrades and accessories. Keen astronomers ourselves, we’ve learnt the hard way how vital good accessories are in telescopic astronomy. We found early on that great views are more commonly dependent on the quality of the eyepieces and other optical accessories than on the optics of the main instrument. However, all too often we have found ourselves disappointed by the way essential accessories are marketed in the UK — most retailers seem to be more interested in overwhelming you with an oversized product range, rather than offering you products to maximise the value of your particular scope. If you’re a seasoned expert you may be able to cope with this and make informed choices, but to the novice it can be quite intimidating. We know — we were there once!
Not surprisingly we stock many of the products that we have found useful ourselves at one time or another. We have a growing range of branded and own brand products that have been carefully selected from UK and overseas manufacturers to give maximum performance at an affordable price. Unlike other companies that try to sell every astronomy product under the sun, by specialising in just accessories we maximise our investment potential and are able to offer all astronomers great value across a narrow, but carefully selected, range of vital products.
