About ScientOlogy-Critics.Org.au
Scientology could be the most controversial movement to emerge in Western society since the Knights Templars of the 1100's. Many people have opinions. But what is true and what is not? SCIENTOLOGY ON CRITICS
Scientology has been in the news. Many people have opinions on it. Some are curious enough about Scientology to really find out for themselves. Scientology is a very open group. People can join, and people can and do leave, though the overall phenomena of Scientology is rather continual expansion.
People leave groups all the time. They leave religions, political parties, employers, and even families. People leave for different reasons. Sometimes what they say about their earlier group is not true. Statements about earlier experiences can sometimes be embellished. Those people have a name and they are called apostates. Apostates are people who leave their religion or political groups and go against it. Not all people who leave a group do this. But some do and it is a social phenomena.
When apostates leave they are not well listened to in religious academic circles. Their testimonies are suject to question.
This site is a conservative attempt to view this social phenomena. It might seem funny to some, but groups do have trouble with apostates. This site is designed to shed some light on this social phenomena from a Scientology perspective.
This site covers the mechanism to be right which most people emply. Plus there is the simple phenomena or being at the end of a cycle of belonging to a group. There are many reasons a person leaving and all interesting.
