Company History
Schuler Shoes started in 1889 when Vincent Schuler opened the first store on the corner of Washington and Broadway in North Minneapolis. Vincent's nephew Emmet and Otto along with niece Marie joined him in the business in the 1920's. Emmet's son, John took over as owner and president in the 1970's.
Schuler's family-owned shoe stores now have eight locations and specialize in comfort footwear in a wide range of sizes and widths. We hope that if you are in the Twin Cities area you will stop by and see our complete selection of name brand footwear.
