was started by Perry Harper in 2000 and has had a firm position within the high tech Audio Visual & Website Development industries for over eight years.
Mr. Harper began his career as a live sound engineer touring throughout the United States, Europe and Canada with an excess of over one hundred and forty-six national level touring acts, bands & religious events from 1973 through 1986. Many of his responsibilities included; road management, chief systems engineer, front of house and monitor sound engineering. Mr. Harper worked for production companies and agencies such as William Morris Agency, Warner Brothers, Alive Enterprises, Gopher Baroque Audio.
After leaving the live touring industry, he started his next twenty years as an Audio Video systems integration engineer and AV contracting project manager based out of the Colorado region of the United States. The state of the art technical systems under his management ranged from regional to international installations for the corporate private sector as well as government, military, and educational facilities throughout the world.
From the turn of the last century his focus has been directed towards the worldwide Internets methods of communications encroaching on the audio video markets and technologies. Scenario Systems became the vehicle to integrate the AV industries technologies with web based technical architectures. During the last eight years Perry Harper has successfully completed; Web Development, Network Design, AV Systems Design & Engineering for numerous clients around the world.
