- Scape Martinez enjoys to draw as well as to paint, his point of view comes from a rich background of graffiti art, which he began to practice in the 1980's. After many years honing his visual language in urban art he has branched out into other areas. These days he likes to work on large scale canvas pieces that are primarily abstract in nature. Vivid colorfield works that are inspired by his interpretations of his physical surroundings both past and present, as well his emotional reaction to those surroundings creating a spiritual visual experience. Left to his own devices he simply likes to do "his thing."
