- Scanning Services and Support, Inc. is an employee owned company formed to provide service and support of the Sekonic line of OMR scanners sold in North America. Sekonic scanners have been sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico since 1986 under the "HEI" and "Scanning Systems" brand names. As employees of HEI and Scanning Systems, our staff has supported thousands of customers utilizing approximately 100 different software applications over the past 16 years.
