- A little of our history. Some years ago we realised, as livestock farmers, that the need for diversification was vital. Fortunately we met Roy, our Master Butcher, and after long discussions we decided to sell our meat directly to the public. This was very successful and the opening of our retail shop followed. The business has flourished and today we employ a steadily growing professional and happy team. One of the mainstays of the business has been the making and selling of superb quality, hand made sausages to customers all over the United Kingdom.
