Sans & Company has been matching buyers and sellers of businesses and commercial properties since 1991. Based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, our scope of services includes business sales, merger and acquisition services, business valuation, financing assistance, and commercial realty.

As president of Sans & Company, Lou Santangelo has been instrumental in the sale of many businesses and is a seasoned executive with in-depth experience in all aspects of small- to medium-sized businesses. He has written articles on the industry in the Pennsylvania Business Journal. He holds an M.S. degree from Bucknell university and a B.S. degree from Susquehanna University. He has been a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
